Crunchy Tuna Balls
- 2 tuna cans
- An egg
- 1-2 slices whole grain bread, soaked in milk
- Salt and pepper
Mix the tuna with egg, and a few pieces of bread (soaked in milk). Add salt and pepper. Form little balls and cover them with breadcrumbs. Cook until they’re gold and crunchy at 360°F.
We like to serve these crunchy tuna balls with some tomato salsa - the spicier, the better!
