Get a Flatter Stomach: 3 Quick Home Workouts (Beginner to Elite)

Training for a flatter stomach or a stronger core is a great goal, but you can only hang out in a plank for so long before boredom really sets in. Do some crunches instead? Okay, but some traditional core exercises like crunches simply aren’t the best use of your time. You want fast results, right?

That’s why I created this 3-part core training series. Each super-quick workout offers a great variety of killer moves that will get you a toned tummy in no time. Plus, these workouts are a progression, meaning that you can choose the one that is at your level and then graduate once you’ve mastered it.

For a flatter stomach, start with the Beginner series and work up to the Advanced and finally the Elite versions. Good luck!
