Get Absolutely Sweaty With This Name Workout

Sorry in advance if you have a long name. You won't need any equipment for this workout. It's perfect if you're stuck indoors on a rainy or cold day. Spell out your full name, and do all the exercises that correspond with each letter. Take tiny breaks if you need to. Make sure you do everything with proper form and repeat the name workout if necessary. If you include my mother's maiden name, I have 33 letters to slog through. My first name is Alessandra, so for the first round of this workout, I'd be doing:

  • A - 50 Jumping Jacks
  • L - 2 minute wall-sit
  • E- 1 minute wall-sit
  • S - 30 burpees
  • S - 30 burpees
  • A - 50 Jumping Jacks
  • N - 25 burpees
  • D - 15 push ups
  • R - 15 push ups
  • A - 50 jumping jacks

That amounts to 150 jumping jacks, 3 minutes of wall sits, 85 burpees, and 30 push-ups. I definitely have my work cut out for me and I sincerely hope that your name is shorter than mine!
