Add the juice of your favourite citrus sphere, add chunks of something sweet and tropical, and you, friend, have a 3 ingredient green smoothie. No fuss or worry necessary. Simple preparation leads to extraordinarily nutritious results.
3 ingredient green smoothie
- The juice of 6 oranges
- 1/2 a pineapple, cut into chunks
- 100g of spinach
Blend and enjoy. Add water if necessary to make the smoothie's consistency less viscous.
