Try keeping a food diary and write down every drink and food that you consume. Research proves that people who keep a food diary for 6 days a week, lost approximately twice as much weight as those who didn’t keep track of what they ate. Writing everything in a food journal will increase your awareness, accountability, and will easily show you where you can make changes in your eating habits. We challenge you to keep a food diary for one week, as see if you notice a difference!
