Make sure that you and your partner are sitting up on your tailbones. Brace yourself by placing your hands directly behind you. One person will have their legs moving in a clockwise direction, and one will have their legs rotating counter-clockwise. Repeat for 30-60 seconds.
Lay down on the ground and touch the soles of your feet with that of your partner, keeping a soft bend in your knee. Retract one leg towards your body and extend the other leg towards your partner. Have your partner mimic this movement, but with opposite legs. Repeat for 30-60 seconds.
Lay down on the floor with the soles of your feet pressed up against your partner's feet. Place your arms on the ground to support you. Lift both of your hips up at the same time and pulse your legs straight towards the ceiling. Lower down with control. Repeat 30-60 seconds.
