You are still beating the old you // PumpUp's best advice for anybody struggling with low self-esteem
Your speed doesn’t matter, forward is forward. Don’t beat up yourself trying to be like somebody else! Your progress is yours and nobody can’t take that away from you. There’s no place to go but forward. You’re still beating the old you, the one who always had an excuse; the one who said 'Tomorrow, I’m eating healthy'; the one who said, 'I’ll hit the gym next week, next summer, next year'. You and only you have the power to make your life extraordinary. Don’t wait for somebody to tell you this and make you see your potential. It’s all on you! Don’t give up. - @daphnec

Remember that every downhill has an uphill. You just need to change directions and put a little more effort so that push through anything you’re going through. - @marianarobledosegura
Take all the negativity from your life and make it your strength. Follow your dreams & make them a reality. Most of all, believe in yourself because if you don't, no one else will.  Surround yourself with positive people who believe in you. Do not strive for perfection but strive for greatness. Write your own story and keep your eyes on your goal. You never know who you are inspiring.
