Vegan Juice Recipes for Weight Loss and Clear Skin
The Big Apple Juice
- 1 large cucumber
- 1.5 cups pineapple
- 1 large apple
Juice all the ingredients up. I used a honey crisp apple, but feel free to use whatever you have on hand. It's refreshing, crisp, and perfect for any time of the year. It always gives me a boost of energy and it tastes amazing! Juicing is the perfect way to get all your nutrients right into your bloodstream.
Glowing Greens Juice
This recipe is for those who are more experienced with juicing. It only contains vegetables, so it isn't as sweet - but it's still so yummy.
- 3 cups kale
- 1 cucumber
- 3 celery stalks
- 1/2 peeled lemon
- 3 peeled carrots
- 1 yellow bell pepper
Juice all the ingredients up. This is perfect if you're going through skin issues or digestive problems. Glowing Greens really gives my skin a glow and makes me feel revitalized. It gets those vitamins and nutrients right into your body and it makes you feel so healthy right after drinking it.
