How to Make Healthy Decisions (And Stick to Them)

Every successful outcome will require hard decisions. You make decisions, then set up your schedule to support those goals. For example, if I have to leave for work at 7 am, I set my alarm for 4:30 am so I have time for a 20-30 minute workout, teaching prep, breakfast, a shower, lunch prep, and a quick study to support my inner, spiritual life. I don't focus on how tired I might be, but how I will feel about myself if I succeed.
