How Megan got Healthy in College

 "For the first weeks of Freshman year, I felt like I was missing something." With the help of the PumpUp community, Megan eased back into the rhythm of living a more active and balanced lifestyle. "I got back into the swing of things and I ended up doing cardio at least 5 days a week," she recalled. "I love to go on PumpUp whenever I am bored or looking for motivation to get out of bed and go to the gym in the morning."
